Mutch More Realty LLC & Mutch More Property Management is owned and operated by Willie Mutcherson, who holds 18 years of experience in the real estate market. Willie is a former Sales Agent with Thompson Property Management Group and a certified Property Manager. Willie specializes in sales & purchases of residential homes and investment properties, as well as managing rentals, such as duplexes, four unit apartments, condos, small business offices, and complexes. Willie is a member of StellarMLS, National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), & National Association of Residential and Property Managers (NARPM).

Service
- We market your property in our STELLAR MLS Real Estate members only website, our social medial platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Flyers, Seminars, Friends, neighbors, and Family Members and Social Gatherings.
Tenant Screening
Service
We employ our own tenant screening.
Collect application and fees from prospective tenant: Nationally, and Locally. Including credit scoring, bill paying history, etc.
Show the property to prospective tenant. Private payers and those receiving government assistance.
Supervise and process move-in requirement.
Facilitate lease renewal.
Serve late notices and facilitate eviction process if necessary.
Rent Collection
Service
Collect rent through our banking process.
Disburse funds through our banking process as agreed with the owners of each property.
We collect a security deposit. Which is held in a non-interest bearing account.
Maintenance
Service
We schedule a quarterly inspection of the conditional upkeep of the property.
We provide printed of workorders of requested services of the tenant.
We use licensed professional persons who guarantee their services.
Accouting
Services
- Buyers and Sellers provide their own mortgage or cash provisions.
Eviction Protection
Service
- We collect the cost of an eviction from the tenant included in the security deposit which is returned to the tenant at end of lease unless there is an eviction.
